Questions, answered

Is there really no subscription?

No. Openlane is a one-time purchase and every render runs on hardware you already own. The only recurring cost is the agent CLI subscription you were already paying for.

What happens when I run out of credits?

There are no credits. A ten-second talking head costs you GPU time and electricity, whether it is your first that month or your four hundredth.

Do I own the influencers I train?

Yes. LoRAs are files in data/loras on your disk. Back them up, move them, reuse them in any ComfyUI graph.

Can I use my own workflows and models?

Yes. Drop any exported API-format ComfyUI workflow into workflows/custom and it becomes a format in the queue.

Does the media ship with it?

No. Openlane ships links and tags only. The importers pull the meme pack, music pack and image sets to your machine with yt-dlp and gallery-dl.

Can I drive it headless?

Yes. The zero-dependency MCP server lets Claude Code or Codex CLI operate every part of Openlane, from brand research to export.
